In these Terms, “Pest Handlers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pest Handlers and its owners and authorised representatives. “You” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Site.

• The Site is provided for information, enquiry, and booking of pest control, bird control, fumigation, termite control and related services (the “Services”).
  
• By browsing or using the Site, submitting any form, or contacting us through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Changes take effect when posted on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site.

3. Who May Use This Site

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to use the Site or submit information to us.
  
• If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

Pest Handlers:

9. SMS, WhatsApp, and Phone Communications

9.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By:

• submitting a form with your mobile number,
  
• calling or messaging us, or
  
• booking a service and providing your contact details,

You agree that Pest Handlers may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls for:

• booking confirmations and reminders;
  
• pre-service and post-service instructions;
  
• feedback requests;
  
• service updates, offers, and promotions (where allowed by law and with consent where required).

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.

9.2 Charges

Your mobile operator’s standard message, data, and call rates may apply. Pest Handlers does not charge additional fees for SMS or WhatsApp messages.

9.3 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by:

• replying “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE” or similar keyword to our SMS; or
  
• contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section and asking to be removed from marketing lists.
  

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send important service-related or transactional messages (for example, about an upcoming treatment, safety instructions, or payments).

10. Service Information and No Professional Advice

Information on the Site about pests, treatments, and prevention is provided for general awareness only. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or professional advice tailored to your property.

Actual treatment plans, chemicals used, pricing, and warranties may vary based on:

• type and severity of the infestation;
  
• property conditions;
  
• local regulations and safety requirements.
  

Final terms of any Service will be set out in a separate quotation, service report, or agreement between you and Pest Handlers.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  
• we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components;
  
• we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the Site for any particular purpose.
  

You are responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data that may result from downloading or using any material from the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pest Handlers and its owners, employees, and service partners will not be liable for:

If, despite these Terms, we are found liable for any claim connected with the Site, our total liability will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid us specifically for access to the Site, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pest Handlers, its owners, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your breach of these Terms; or
  
• your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination and Suspension

We may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site (in whole or in part) if we believe:

• you have breached these Terms;
  
• you are misusing the Site; or
  
• we need to do so for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

Upon termination, any licences or rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement or quotation provided to you, form the entire agreement between you and Pest Handlers regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
